Your monthly lead allowance counts each NEW lead created in a calendar month — whether added manually, imported, or auto-created from a new WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or website conversation. Messages, notes, edits, contracts, and bookings on existing leads do NOT count. Inbound customer messages are never dropped, even at the limit.
Storage is the actual file storage your workspace consumes — primarily Media Studio assets (photos/videos) and exports. It is measured in GB against your plan's allowance (50 GB on Creator, 250 GB on Studio, 1 TB on Studio+).
Each contract, proposal, or quote you send to a client counts once toward your monthly send allowance. Drafts, edits, and re-opens don't count — only sends.
Monthly limits (new leads and contract sends) reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Capacity limits (users, WhatsApp accounts, storage) reflect what you're currently using and free up as you remove items or upgrade.
You'll see a soft warning at 80% and an upgrade prompt at 90%. At 100% you can't add more of that item until the next reset or an upgrade — but nothing you've already created is touched, and incoming customer messages are never blocked.
